Spacious rooms with good variety at breakfast.

Free WLAN and free parking directly at the hotel. Also bland breakfast was good.

The temperature in the bathroom was too high and could not be reduced.

Accommodating staff, quick check-in and good bar. Very comfy bed, large bathroom and cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and coffee/tea makers in the room.

Consider booking your parking in advance due to limited spaces when you arrive.

The place was tidy, tastefully decorated rooms. The most important was the staff - attentive and excellent people. The room we had included a mini-bar, climate control, and flat-screen TV. The breakfast was delicious with different drinks and a pretty good view, as for instance, the location was absolutely perfect. It made our trip to Vilnius a really good experience.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and also very good. Parking in front of the hotel.

You can tell that the hotel and the rooms are a bit old.

The room was spacious, boasting one of the largest bathrooms I've ever experienced. I loved the breakfast buffet with a fantastic variety including smoked salmon and pancakes, setting the tone for a lovely day. The hotel's location was perfect-just a short stroll to the Old Town, offering both convenience and a quieter atmosphere.

Pleasant hip new hotel, magnificent views, perfect location in a capital of an EU country in 2017. Very good service, extremely polite staff.

The location of the hotel opposite the river is okay, although the surroundings do not leave the best impression. Free parking directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast is fine but the presentation is rather careless. The check-in was also rather careless. Apparently, mainly larger groups are processed here.

Rooms are worn out. It's enough to sleep. You can hardly feel comfortable.

The breakfast had a large variety of foods, including traditional options that would satisfy anyone. As they were quick to help with any of my needs.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

Staying at Best Western in vilnius was an absoluteley underwhelming experience, with no room upgrade despite my requests. The bathroom was stinky, causing me immense distress each day-honestly, i expected better. Their breakfast was just mediocre, not what you'd expect from a supposed 4 hotel. It was almost worthy of a good review, but here we are.

Location of the hotel is very good - in the center of business district, near old town. Breakfasts are good. Rooms are clean. Non-smoking rooms are really non-smoking.

Rooms require some renovation. TV set was old-fashioned (not LED).

Not nice staff during checking-out, problems with parking car!
